Each collision repair work order is unique with it's own considerations and requirements. Our goal is complete, comprehensive and lasting repairs. Your personal Collision Adviser will go over in detail what is required to get you back on the road and will give you a reasonably accurate estimation of the amount of time required.

Yes, parts must be pre-ordered and received before the insurance company will set up a rental.  Your Collision Advisor will ensure that when you drop your car off for repairs a rental vehicle is available.

Absolutely! Our state of the art Sherwin Williams Ultra 9K system is the most accurate paint matching system on the market. Only select body shops have this capability.

If you live within 5 miles of the facility we would be more than happy to schedule a time for you to drop your car off then we'll get you back home.

We have an Enterprise Rent-A-Car office (Next door) that we work closely with who can set you up with whatever you need in the way of a rental car.

Your Collision Adviser will discuss with you which contact options you prefer whether it be by text message, telephone or email.

We are so confident in our ability to return your car to pre-accident condition that all repairs are warrantied against defects in parts or workmanship as long as you own the vehicle. The paint warranty is three years. Many new car warranties aren't this good.

A deductible is a standard part of every motor vehicle insurance policy and if your insurance is being used to repair damage a deductible must be paid. This amount can vary and it is clearly stated on your insurance policy.

An appearance allowance is when an insurance company allots money to the customer if they choose not to replace a part that has minor and/or cosmetic damage. This allowance can be used as a credit toward the deductable. Not all insurance companies give these allowances.

You can wash your car as soon as you get it back but stay away from car washes for a month unless it is a brush-less wash system.

We are open 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays. We are able to take a request for an appointment to have your repairs estimated any time via a form found on the "Estimate" page.
