Honest fast and reliable. Took wife’s Pathfinder to them when someone sideswiped her they detailed the vehicle inside and out and had it fixed in less than a week. If needing a vehicle fixed in the future will take it to them. Thanks again for the great work
First of all the team at Regency gave me a quote and got me set up for service in a very timely manner! From the gentleman quoting the cost to the ladies at the front everyone was friendly and personable. The quote given for the scratch on my Fiat was beyond fair. I had checked out a few other locations just to get an idea and regency not only got the best reviews but they were closest to my apartment and they had the most fair pricing.
I scheduled to drop my car off first thing Tuesday morning and the work was done and ready for pick up barely two days later. The turn around time was impressive and I was grateful being its my only form of transportation.
Now for the work... you would never know my car was scratched. I have a very unique mint color fiat and I was nervous but it looks absolutely flawless. What really blew me away was the fact the detailed the outside and inside of the vehicle which I didn't expect. I am blown away by the service and professionalism of this location and I recommend anyone looking for high quality work, fair prices and a friendly knowledgeable team go here.

Regency is the only place I will ever take my car if I need body work done. James and the team at Regency Collision Center are incredible. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. After being involved in a car accident, my car was taken to Regency. The repairs took longer than my insurance company would cover a rental car for. (That is a failing of my insurance, not of Regency, who completed the repairs quickly and perfectly) I found out that when the rental car company was about to pull my rental agreement, Regency stepped in and covered my rental car for the duration of the repairs. This was incredible. When I got my car back, it looked like it had never been in an accident. I sincerely hope I don't need a body shop again, but if I do, I will be taking it to Regency.

These guys are awesome. They fixed my car from major front end damage and made it look perfect. Mr. Mike Hones was excellent as a representative of Regency. His customer service was impeccable along with his honesty and thoroughness. He kept me informed along the way from beginning to end along with also letting me know of an unrelated issue. Truly an asset to this business.
