You will get Regency 5 Star customer service and the repair quality for which we have been known for over two decades. FAQ's
Any repair cost that is below your deductible amount won't be covered. For instance, if your deductible amount is $500 and you have a small repair that totals $250, file a claim or not, you will have to pay $250 out of pocket.
Rather than run a small repair through the full repair process the Express Services process is streamlined as a single minor repair doesn't require the resources that a full collision repair does.
If you need a repair that is not on the Express Repair Services list, we will evaluate your issue and advise you as to whether or not it is a repair we can complete for you in a cost effective way.
We are so confident in our ability to successfully address your minor issue we warrant all repairs against defects in parts or workmanship as long as you own the vehicle. Our paint warranty is three years.
Absolutely! As a minor issue does not involve damage in multiple locations or hidden damage a Photo Estimate will usually be spot on.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30AM until 5:30PM. Estimate Appointment Hours are 8:30AM until 4:30PM Monday through Friday. These are our office hours but you can submit a Photo Estimate 24/7/365.
